Girl Child Health Initiative International is 501(c) 3 nonprofit. It was found in December 2014 to Educate, empower women/girls and provide information/awareness of reproductive health challenges but more focus to breast, cervical cancer for Women and Girls in Uganda.
We recognizes that poor health of women’s and girls’ and their inequitable access to health provision, adversely impact on the socio-economic development of women and girls and continues to contribute to poverty. GCHII therefore adopts a holistic view which requires a multi-sectorial strategy for the implementation of health, education; economic development and socio-economic programs.
Mission: To Address Economic -social problems of women as we recognize that poor health of women impact directly to development.
Vision: Envisages a world in which women and girls are able to enjoy the highest level of physical health, education and economic empowerment.
